Independence Day
There was a beautiful, burning orange sunset on the 4th of July this year. What a beautiful day!
*note: The color in the photos were not exaggerated during the editing process. I did some blurring around the edges and added some graininess (is that a word?) to the last photo, but the sky really was that Orange! It was beautiful!

Wow! This is amazing. Love the leaves - frames the sunset beautifully!
Wonderful!
That's beautiful! Never seen that burning sunset before!
Thank you! I also thought I should add that the color in the photos was not exaggerated. I did some blurring around the edges and added some graininess to the last photo, but the sky really was that Orange! It was beautiful!
wow! the sky in these pics look exactly like the sky in july 82 when my MI parents for the summer drove me from saginaw to toronto to visit my dad's uncle. in the back of the car i remember feeling like i was i a movie, the sky was so surreal, nothing like we see here in finland. like your other photoes as well.
liisamarja- I still haven't been to Toronto. I will have to make that trek one of these days. I'm glad my photos reminded you of that summer. I hope the memories were good ones. I'm also dying to visit Finland, so I can compare sunsets. :)
