Butterfly

The butterfly bushes in our yard have certainly been living up to their name. There were about 10 of these butterflies on the bushes as I was shooting. AMAZING!!!

With the exception of the following two, most of these have had very little editing. Just a bit of cropping here and there and a smidge of blurring around the edges. Colors are pretty much untouched. (I did mess with the color a bit on photo #4)

Lovely Monarchs, and thank you for providing them a home. I'm trying to create some butterfly habitat in my yard here in Colorado. I'll have to look into this bush.

Hi how are you?

I was looking through your blog, and I found it interesting, and inspiring to me, so I thought why not leave you a comment.

I too have a blog that I use out of Southern California here in San Diego.

Mostly it is a collection of artistic expression, and I have many friends with the same interests, maybe you can become my friend, and follow, and I can also follow you, if that is okay.

Well I hope to hear from you soon, and or read about you….LOL

Sincerely,
Jesse

Trojan- Thank you! I had a lovely vacation. I'm excited to post photos from it soon!

MyVintage- They are literally called Butterfly Bushes and not only are they lovely, but they live up to their name. I'm in the process of planning large butterfly/bee flower gardens myself. I have a large half acre of mostly grass and I have little desire to keep cutting it. Best of luck to you in your similar & noble quest.

Jesse- Thank you! I'll look into your blogs soon.
